Location is ideal, right on the boardwalk and close to the beach. Room cleanliness wasn't the best, found some mold in the bathroom and outdated furniture. Parking was a hassle; had to park several blocks away. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

Staying here was fantastic because you are right on the Boardwalk, just a few steps away from the beach and an array of dining options like Hooter's and Paddy's Fish and Chips that are practically around the corner, plus the exciting attractions such as Sunset Park and Trimper's Rides are all within a short walk like less than a 15-minute stroll, making it ideal for leisurely weekend outings; the pools were nice and the staff was incredibly friendly, but there were some hiccups with our room reservation that could have been managed better.

The pool bar serves fancy drinks that help you forget the world outside. The partial beach view is nice while you listen to the sound of waves and enjoy the tropical vibe.
Parking was a nightmare, even with extra lots available.

We had such a rough time with our room—the door stuck so badly I had to shoulder into it, smells leaked in, and there were flies everywhere. It was just a ridiculous situation for what we were paying.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds, and having a kitchenette was a great bonus. breakfast options were nonexistent, and parking was a hassle, often in an overflow lot far from the hotel. The two buildings were confusing, especially with the rooftop pool in one and a pool bar in another. Service felt lacking—housekeeping was hard to reach, and I had to fight for a second parking pass. On top of that, the air conditioning struggled, and maintenance seemed slow to respond. the view and friendly staff subtly redeemed the experience.

The location is unbeatable. Direct access to the beach and boardwalk. The staff exhibited friendly, responsive communication, with our room ready early. the experience quickly soured. Numerous issues with our room — dirty, poorly maintained, and lacking basic amenities like an ice maker. There was confusion with our reservation, and we had to wait excessively to be placed. Customer service left much to be desired, with forgotten requests and a lack of attention. The pool areas and size of the rooms were highlights, yet they do not overshadow the fundamental problems. Improvements are necessary in cleanliness and staff training. Caution advised for potential guests.

I loved being just a hop away from the beach and boardwalk! The rooftop pool with the bar was the perfect spot to chill. The staff were amazing, super friendly, and always ready to help us with anything we needed!

A day spent at the delightful Seaside Greens under the sun, taking swings with the little ones and my beloved, was a perfect family bonding activity. It offered us a splendid green oasis to enjoy a relaxing time together, away from the beach crowds.
For dads it would be great if the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to the Seaside Greens for families with children.

The location was fantastic, right on the Boardwalk. The room itself had a decent layout, but cleanliness was an issue. The floors felt dirty, and one of the lights flickered oddly. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night’s sleep. Temperature control worked well, keeping us cool. the view was obscured by nearby structures. Noise levels fluctuated; some nights were quiet, while others brought disturbances from the pool area. While I appreciated the friendly staff, the overall condition of the room and amenities could have been better maintained.

Had a great time with quick access to most things and enjoyed a large, comfortable room during my stay. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the nearby attractions. I also appreciated the friendly service from a staff member named Isaiah, who had a positive and welcoming attitude.
There were some issues during my stay. The parking situation was quite troublesome, with tight spaces and the need to park at an overflow lot or even at a different location at times.

After days on the beach, hitting a couple rounds of golf was just what we needed to chill like the cool kids we are. It was prime bonding time with the crew. We felt like boss golfers and made epic memories together.
Could've used a groovy nightclub or party spot nearby for some extra late-night thrill! .

The rooftop pool was a poop-covered paradise, perfect for a nice stinky swim. The boardwalk nearby was amazing for people-watching too!

It was frustrating and inconvenient to have to walk so far after a long day of exploring the area. the kitchenette lacked essential items like pots, utensils, and a coffee pot, which made it challenging to prepare meals or even a simple cup of coffee in the morning. the location of Tidelands was fantastic, right on the boardwalk and close to the beach. The poolside bar and grill provided a fun atmosphere, and the live music by the pool was entertaining. The staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating, which helped improve our overall experience. the lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the rooms was concerning. The sliding door to the balcony was corroded, and the appliances were old and not functioning properly. We had to ask for clean towels and take out the trash ourselves, which was unexpected for a hotel stay. The absence of grab bars in the tub shower and the worn-out amenities like the flat-screen TV and ice machine added to our disappointment.

we had a wonderful time at tidelands caribbean boardwalk hotel and suites on the boardwalk. the staff, except for one person, was very helpful and we had no issues getting towels. the beds were comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the neat little kitchen area. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and boardwalk, along with great restaurants nearby. the majority of the parking was close and covered, adding to the convenience.
